How to Create a Brand on YouTube

There are some basic steps you can take to start creating a brand on YouTube. The first step is to sign into your company's Google account. You can use your existing Gmail username and password to sign into YouTube. If you have a separate Google account for YouTube business purposes, you can use that one. Once signed in, double-check that you're signed into your business account. You'll find your Google avatar in the top right corner. It contains your picture and can also contain the logo of your company.

The second step is to create a tracking system for your usage. YouTube has an algorithm that generates recommendations for you based on your interests and other data. This algorithm funnels every single video through its process, but only a handful actually make it onto your screen. You'll get a list of videos that were flagged as infringing copyright rights when they're flagged, and if you can't identify the content, you can edit them or delete them.
